(So much technology, so little time. HA!)

I loved listening to music since I was a kid starting with a transistor radio late at night under my pillow so Dad wouldn’t know I was listening to that long hair rock n’ roll. I began my journey in the world of electronics  with a desire to listen to music on a really great stereo, but without the funds to buy one. So in 1977, I found an opportunity to work at high-end Audio equipment shop and with people who appreciated great sound. I have been seriously and passionately involved in the design and installation of quality home entertainment and technology systems ever since.

In 2000, I started eCharles Inc. to provide the highest level of customer service, quality and value to my clients. Today in the fast evolving, ever changing world of technology it is not just about the hardware, but more importantly having someone you can rely on with the knowledge and ability to understand your interests and needs and who is willing to maintain your technology systems and equipment.

Years ago a client, very pleased with the service I had provided him, said “people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.” My team and I live and work with that philosophy as the foundation of all our client and partner relationships. All of us at eCharles really care and are always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that you are thrilled with the experiences we provide.
